Target Laboratory systems offer many auditing services to the laboratories to ensure the compliance with the accreditation standards as well as the regulatory standards. We audit the laboratory’s management system as well as the technical activities. Our auditing services can take any of the following forms:

• Gap analysis which is normally conducted before starting to establish a management system to get a comprehensive idea about the existing situation and decide on future steps towards accreditation.
• Internal audit which can either be done by our representatives or by the laboratory staff under our representative assistance and supervision to provide on hands training.
• Simulation of accreditation visits in which our representative conducts an audit that exactly imitate the assessment conducted by the accreditation body. This gives the laboratory management the confidence in the laboratory status before having the official accreditation visit. It also helps the laboratory staff gets familiar with the activities conducted during the accreditation visit.
